Clear Acne

Acne is a skin disease which may affect any region of the body such as face, neck, back and genitalia. Although teenagers are more susceptible to this disease, however, it can also affect people of any age group.

Most of the acne patients invest huge sum of money in buying treatment products for acne from the shop without consulting a dermatologist.

In most cases, such chemicals are unable to clear acne rather they can cause irritation on your skin thereby spreading the infection even more and inhibit the natural healing process of acne.

Conventional forms of acne treatment cannot be always 100% successful in clearing acne. Moreover they are much expensive as compared to home-based remedies.

Here we shall discuss some of the home-based remedies that are efficient enough to clear acne permanently.

Baking Soda: -
Baking soda is an inexpensive ingredient for cooking that is usually available at home. Baking soda can serve the purpose of a scrub and exfoliating agent. It is quite efficient in scrubbing off dead skin to prevent the clogging of the skin pores that result in acne. Make a paste of baking soda and water and gently apply it onto your acne-affected region of the body.

Massage it carefully over the region for a few seconds but be careful of not being too harsh while applying this paste because it can cause adverse effect on your skin. Next, you can rinse your face with lukewarm water and pat dry it with a fresh towel.

Apple Cider Vinegar: -
Apple cider vinegar has been proved to be quite effective in clearing acne. Vinegar can kill the bacteria that cause acne, remove excess sebum from your skin as well as maintain the normal pH level of your skin.

Make a solution of vinegar and water in the ratio of 1:8 and with the help of a cotton ball apply it on your skin. Keep it like that for a few minutes for drying and then rinse off the solution.

Lime juice: -
Lime juice contains citric acid that can act as an exfoliating agent for your skin. It acts as a good alternative to vinegar to clear acne. It can inhibit the spread of acne as well as clear acne scars from your skin.

Egg Whites: -
Egg whites are rich in protein albumen which can remove excess oil from the skin. It also serves to clear acne and repair the damage caused by it. First you have to make a paste of egg white and apply it onto your face. Keep it for 15 minutes for drying and then rinse it off.

Besides all the above techniques, you can also use oatmeal, pantothenic acid, tea tree oil, cucumber and Aloe Vera to clear acne spots.
